Year 3/4 Learning Reflection

This week during Social Stencil, Grade 4 students explored the emotion of anger. They learnt what anger is and the science behind what happens in our bodies when we feel angry. Students then used art and craft to express what anger looks and feels like to them.
This week, our Grade 3 students celebrated Science Week with Mr Elliot and Mr David. We explored the life cycle of a plant and learnt about the different stages, including how a seed develops into a seedling. Students also made their own paper spinners to help bring their learning to life! We were lucky enough to plant our very own seeds with Mr David, which students will care for and observe their plants throughout the rest of the year and watch as they grow and change. We finished the day with a nature walk around the school and enjoyed lunch together outside in the sunshine. It was a great day of hands-on learning and getting out into nature!
