Kalinda Parents and Friends

The Kalinda Parents and Friends Team would like to thank all the staff and families who supported our school this month by purchasing a burger from Grill'd Croydon and dropping their token into Kalinda's Local Matters jar over the past few weeks.

Last Friday, July 14, we marked the occasion with a social night at Grill'd Croydon. It was wonderful to see so many families coming together to enjoy dinner and laughter, while the kids had a blast at the cozy outdoor play area. We hope everyone enjoyed the evening, and congratulations to all our raffle winners!

Special thanks to the local businesses who generously donated prizes for our raffle: Mayerling Cellars, Hoskin Real Estate, The CommonRoom Cafe, Flakey Bites Fish and Chips, Maroondah Golf Park, Empowering Beauty and Verve Photography.

Currently, our jar is in the lead, but the competition runs until August 31 — so there's still time to make a difference! Over the next few weeks, if you're planning a take-away night, we'd love your continued support — grab a burger at Grill'd Croydon and pop your token in the jar!

Also coming up this month is the Kalinda Father's and Carer's Day Stall which will be on Wednesday August 26 in the MultiPurpose Room. Any parents , grandparents or guardians who would like to assist for this stall can please add their name to the sign up link below.

Helpers will need a current WWCC and must sign in at the office before joining the team in the Multipurpose room for the stall. 

The stall is a cashless event with tokens available for purchase on Qkr!. There is also an option to Pay-it-Forward so families experiencing financial hardship can also take part in the stall day.
