Fathers' Day
This Sunday we celebrate Fathers' Day. On this day we celebrate our fathers and all men who act as father figures. We also honour stepfathers, uncles, grandfathers and all men in our lives who love and protect us. They show us God’s unconditional, tender love. We also remember Joseph, Father of Jesus.

Food Drive
Thank you all for your generous donations for the Winter Food Drive. A special thanks to our Social Justice Leaders Eadie, Anna and Alicia for organising 18 classes to donate food and goods. Thanks also to Antonio and his many helpers for organising the collection of all the boxes to the Little Spirits Room last week. The people from St. Vinnies were most appreciative of our amazing effort to care for the needy and vulnerable in our community.

This weekend we celebrate Father’s Day. To all our wonderful dads a “Happy Father’s Day”. We hope you enjoy your Sunday celebrating with your children and families.
The Men’s Group are meeting next Thursday 11th September at 10.00 am. If you are interested in joining a group of men for a cuppa and chat, come along to the Parish House. You will be warmly welcomed.
The following weekend at our weekend masses (13th-14th September) we have the Vinnies $2.00 collection weekend. Please give generously so that we can help those less fortunate in our very own community.
Saturday 6pm mass will still be celebrated in the Chapel up until fete day. We will keep you informed when it moves back to the Church.
