WPS Community Children’s Garden
No Garden Club this week, our first week back after the holidays, but Spring has sprung so there’ll be plenty of weeds to pull and veggies to plant over the coming months.
Garden Club cannot run without parent helpers, so please contact me to be included on the WPS Children’s Garden Whats app group where you can sign up for volunteering and keep informed with garden happenings.
Aussie Bird Count 20 -26 Oct
Become a citizen scientist by listening to, watching and recording the birds in your backyard or local park.
The Aussie Bird Count runs from 20-26 October. Visit https://aussiebirdcount.org.au or simply download the Birdlife Australia – Aussie Bird Count app to your phone for bird identification resources and to log your sightings. It only takes 20 mins and is a fun activity to do with your kids.

| BYO: | Bring your enthusiasm and desire to pitch in (No gardening know how needed). Please wear sturdy shoes, gardening gloves and weather appropriate clothing. Pre-school age children are welcome too |
