PFA Meeting - Thursday 23rd April

The next Parents and Friends Association Meeting is our AGM, which will be held on Thursday 23rd April at 9:00am in the school staffroom. 

During this meeting, we will select our President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for 2026. All positions are open. This is an excellent opportunity to meet new parents. It is also a place where you can share your ideas for fundraising and how you would like to see the fundraised money spent on your children.  

Last year, the PFA organised and helped with:

• Mother’s Day stall
• Father’s Day stall
• Springfest Harness Racing Night
• Springfest Ballarat Carols
• Springfest Market Sunday
• Secondhand uniform shop
• Christmas raffle
• Cooking BBQ at events and fundraisers
• Library
• Pie Drive
• Easter raffle

 All new and existing parents are encouraged to attend, and toddlers are most welcome!

Mother's Day Stall - Friday 8th May

Volunteers Needed Please

If anyone has a spare half an hour/an hour, we would really appreciate your help in wrapping the Mother's Day gifts! This will take place on Friday 1st May, from 9:00am, in the portable building behind the tennis courts. Thank you in advance!

Secondhand Uniform Shop

The Secondhand Uniform Shop will be open - Thursday 30th April 3:15pm-3:30pm. The shop is in the portable building behind the tennis courts.
