Hands On Learning Café is hosting a Bake Sale for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, to raise funds for the Cancer Council Victoria and support those impacted by cancer.

Here is some facts for you all:

- Cancer affects many Australians, no matter our age, our ethnicity, our religious beliefs, our gender, or our

social standing, cancer does not discriminate.

- At current rates, it is expected about one in two Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85.

- There are over 200 known types of Cancer

- Cancer is one of the top leading deaths in Australia

- In Victoria, 32 people loose their lives to cancer every single day.

- An estimated 164,700 new cases of cancer were diagnosed in 2023

- While lung cancer is the fifth most common type of cancer overall, it is the number one cause of cancer deaths in Australia.
