We have had a wonderful start to the year in 5/6K! Take a look at what we have been up to so far this term.

Me in 2 Minutes Presentations:

As part of our homework, we each delivered a presentation about ourselves. This was a great way to get to know each other in the classroom. 

Literacy:

During literacy, we have enjoyed reading our class novel 'A Ghost in my Suitcase' by Gabrielle Wang. We created book reviews, highlighting the best aspects of the story. In preparation for NAPLAN, we have also worked on creating persuasive texts and narrative texts. We debated the topic of whether living in the city or country is better and created stories around the topic of 'The Gate.'

We have loved getting to know each other and can't wait for a great year ahead!
