From the Principal

Dear Parents, Caregivers, Students and Friends of Endeavour,
As a community, we have much to look forward to, and I am pleased to provide an update on the progress of our Junior School development.
When you look across the road, you will see significant progress on the site. It has been exciting to watch the development take shape, and I am delighted to confirm that the project remains on track for the Junior School to open in 2027.
A key milestone will be the construction of the bridge, scheduled to commence in September this year. This will be an important moment for our College, both physically and symbolically, as it will connect our two campuses and reflect the unity of our growing community.
Many secondary students have asked how the new facilities will benefit them.
I am pleased to share that the third floor of the new building has been designed with senior students in mind. Our performing arts programs will move into a purpose-built space featuring music rooms, a green room, rehearsal areas, a black box drama theatre and a fully equipped stage.
A Wellness Centre is also planned, with cardio equipment, weights and space for yoga or Pilates. These facilities will support creativity, performance and excellence in the arts and physical education.
While the Junior School will be located across the road, we remain one College community. Bell times are being carefully planned, with a small lunchtime overlap to allow safe yet meaningful connection between students.
We will also continue to bring both campuses together through whole-College assemblies and shared events such as Harmony Day and Book Week.
Parking and traffic arrangements have been carefully considered. Current Senior School kiss-and-drop arrangements will remain, with additional zones established for Junior School families. Further details will be shared closer to 2027.
As with any major project, there may be minor inconveniences at times. Please be assured that safety and wellbeing remain our highest priority, and disruption will be minimised wherever possible. Please keep an eye for signage for temporary changes in traffic conditions and any restrictions to footpaths.
This is an exciting chapter in the life of our College. Thank you for your continued enthusiasm, patience and support.
As always, I am grateful to be leading this wonderful community and thank you for your continued support.
Mr Richard Baird
Principal
