Vision, Mission & Motto 

Throughout this term, under the guidance of Educational Consultant Mr. Des Noack, our school community has engaged in a deeply meaningful journey to discover and articulate our shared identity. 

Through comprehensive parent and student surveys, a staff professional development day, and an interactive parent workshop, Des facilitated a collaborative process focused on listening, discerning, and becoming clear in who we are and what it is that we do here at Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School, Mt Ridley. 

Key Highlights of the Consultation Journey

• Parent & Student Surveys: Gathered crucial feedback on our community strengths, affirming that families view our school as a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community hub.
• Staff Professional Development Day: Allowed staff to reflect on our school's core beliefs, practices, and high expectations for student growth and wellbeing. This work developed our “Promise” to families. 

• Parent Workshop: Brought families and staff together to explore our emerging "heartbeat" values that align with those of Mother Teresa herself: dignity, belonging, compassion, inclusion, excellence, and community.
