School Fees – Important Payment Reminder

We are now over halfway through the 2026 school year, and we would like to remind families of the school fee payment requirements.

Full payment of 2026 school fees were due by 2 April 2026. Families who are paying fees by instalments are reminded that, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing, all direct debit instalment arrangements must be finalised by 26 November 2026.

To date, three fee statements have been issued to those with an outstanding balance. Another statement will be issued in the coming weeks, providing an updated account balance and payment information.

Families using direct debit are reminded to ensure that sufficient funds are available in their nominated account when payments are scheduled. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact every family when a direct debit payment is declined.

Where a payment is declined, it is the family’s responsibility to arrange an additional payment to rectify the missed payment and ensure the account remains up to date. Additional payments can be made via BPAY or direct deposit using the payment details contained on the bottom of your fee statement.

If you need to change your payment method or provide an alternative account for direct debit payments, it is the family’s responsibility to complete and submit a new Direct Debit Request Form. Direct Debit Request Forms can be downloaded from the College website or by clicking on the link below.

We encourage all families to regularly review their fee statements and payment arrangements to ensure their account remains up to date. If you have any questions regarding your school fees or payment arrangements, please contact the College Fees Office via email at fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au.

Direct Debit

For families wanting to pay via direct debit, please complete and submit a new direct debit form to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au. Please note that no direct debits will be deducted until we have the new direct debit form. The updated direct debit form can be found on our website under the “Enrolment, Uniform & Fees” tab.

Concessions

If you believe you are entitled to a concession due to being the holder of a HealthCare Card, please forward a copy of your card to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au as soon as possible.  Please note that we are unable to apply the concession if we do not hold a copy of a valid HealthCare Card.

Payment plans are available through to the end of November 2026.

• 1 Student            $ 6,857

• 2 Students          $11,850

• 3 Students          $15,283

Please note: Total Fees include Tuition fees, Capital levy, Magazine levy, Camp, Sport, Excursion Levies, Laptop, compulsory education subscriptions and Bus

CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF) 

CSEF Applications for 2026 have now closed. We will advise early next year if the CSEF will be available in 2027.
