Stay Calm for Study - Year 12 Mindfulness Program

From next week we will be offering Monday Mindfulness sessions for Year 12. 

 

It's that time of year when things can start to feel stressful and overwhelming with racing minds, emotions on edge and tense bodies. Students will be guided through experiential practices to help calm and relax their body, nervous system and mind.  

 

Monday 26th Aug - Connect with your Body

Monday 2nd Sep - Grounding Tools 

Monday 9th Sep - Calming Breath

Monday 16th Sep - Relax & Restore

Time: Lunch time session
