NEARLY THE END OF PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR OUR YEAR 6 STUDENTS
It is such as busy and exciting final term for our senior students in Year 6 as they complete their primary schooling. In many ways these students have 'outgrown' the Primary routine and are looking forward to the new challenges and routines provided by the High School setting.
However, it is important not to look too far ahead and forget to cherish what is happening in the present. With only 2 weeks left, we encourage our Year 6 students to continue to work hard, respect the teachers and their peers who have travelled the Primary journey with them and to enjoy, for what may be the last time, the friendship and opportunities that have made their Year 6 experience so memorable.
YEAR 6 YEAR BOOK
Please note that the Year 6 Year Book is currently being compiled. We have photographs including students other than Year 6 (eg. buddies) throughout the Year Book and we need to make all aware that if you do not wish to have your child's photograph appear in the Year Book then you must notify the school as soon as possible.
SCHOOL FEES
As we approach the end of the 2025 school year, we kindly remind all families that school fees are now finalised.
If you are experiencing any difficulties or need to discuss a payment plan, please contact Mr Peter Flynn directly by emailing pflynn@arm.catholic.edu.au.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
VERITAS
Our Veritas Awards stem from our school motto - ‘Veritas’ - meaning truth. The Veritas Award is awarded to students who have been consistently displaying citizenship, leadership and/or Christian Living. Students receiving a Veritas Award are those students who have displayed our ‘Rules for Living’ in their everyday interactions. We announce our Veritas award recipients at Friday morning assemblies every fortnight. Congratulations to: Olivia Baker, Addison O'Connor, Frankie Single, Phoebe Martin, Tyson Amey, Skye Golding, Rosie Kerr, Clifton Fields, Aria Tull, Corben Pearson, Eli Harwood, Clint Wellington, Uchenna Nwafor, Sophia Marshall and Christian Iles.
LEAVING OR RELOCATING?
Planning for the 2026 school year is well underway. Could we ask any families who may be relocating and will not be attending St Nicholas School next year to contact the office staff as soon as possible.
