Keeping Personal Information Updated

 

Have you recently moved, changed your contact details or has your child been diagnosed with a medical condition?

Emergency contacts (other than parents) also need to be kept up to date.

You need to inform the College via email office@pvcc.vic.edu.au if any details have changed.

 

PVCC collects personal information from families for the purposes of the conduct of its business and providing education for students enrolled at the college. PVCC may from time to time disclose personal information to other agencies and venues in order that the staff at those agencies and venues are able to care for students using their facilities. Such disclosures will only be in relation to the primary purpose of collection. If PVCC does not receive the information referred to in the Medical and Consent form, it may not be able to provide the relevant services for your student, or your child may be refused to partake in certain activities.

This information is strictly confidential and will only be used in the case of an emergency.

 

If you recently received a form sent home with your child, please sign and return it to the College as a matter of urgency.
