Riverina Conservatorium of Music

On Tuesday 8th September, Year 7 and Year 8 Students were treated to a visit from the Riverina Conservatorium of Music. Five music professionals brought a range of instruments and demonstrate their skills. Students had the opportunity to try out each instrument, from trumpets and trombones, to electric guitar and drums. It was great to see (and hear!) our young musicians getting involved, having a go and making some fantastic sounds! The Conservatorium staff were very generous in sharing their knowledge and expertise, and reminded students that music is a brilliant skill to learn, leading to opportunities that can take you right around the world!
