Year 8 Bike Education- Student Reflection

This term, my class participated in Bike Ed.  Even though it might not be everyone's cup of tea, we all gave it a go. We completed two skill-based sessions where we practised road rules and played games, such as races to see who could get to one end of the basketball court the slowest.

At the end of the unit, we took part in a trail ride from Lilydale Heights to the Coldstream Pump Track. During this ride, we put our new knowledge of road safety into practice as we encountered cars on the road.

Overall, I thought Bike Ed was a great experience and a valuable learning opportunity, and I would be happy to do it again.
