Principal News Flash 

Semester 1 Reports

We will be providing student achievement reports for Semester 1 this year as usual.

The reports will be distributed on Friday 26th June, 2026.

The reports will continue to provide important details about student learning attainment, but full descriptive comments may not be included as a result of industrial action taken earlier this term by the Australian Education Union.

We will of course be pleased to discuss with you your child’s progress at our next Student Support Group meetings in Term 3 with your child’s teacher.

Notifying student absence on XUNO

You can now notify the school of your child's absence on XUNO.

You can still continue to notify absences on the Student Absence Line: 0439 114 197

EXTENDED PERIOD OF ABSENCE APPLICATION FORM

As part of JSA's Attendance Policy, we formalise parent/carer requests for students seeking approval for Extended Absence of 5 or more days (previously 3 days or more).

If you wish to express interest or intentions for your child to be away for 5 or more days, please ensure to complete the 'Extended period of absence application form' below. 

All applications for extended absences will be reviewed by the Sub School Leader and Principal. Parent/Carers will be notified via email after consideration of application.
