Dear Parents and Carers

As we come to the end of Term 2, I would like to sincerely thank our entire school community for the hard work, commitment, and support shown throughout the term.

To our staff, thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and care for our students each and every day. Your commitment to learning, wellbeing, spiritual development and continuous improvement makes a real difference in our school.

To our parents and carers, thank you for your ongoing partnership and support. Your encouragement at home, engagement with school activities, and trust in our work are vital to our students’ success.

And to our students, well done on your efforts this term. Your resilience, positive attitudes, and willingness to learn have been wonderful to see, and you should be proud of what you have achieved.

Term 2 has been a busy and productive time, and it is the collective efforts of staff, families, and students that make our school such a strong and supportive community. We look forward to building on this momentum in the term ahead and wish everyone a safe and restful break.

St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal.

We celebrated a wonderful mass with St Brendan's last Friday.   It was lovely for our school communities to come together to celebrate the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to recognise the importance of giving generously to those in need and support the St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal.

All non-perishable food items donated have been greatly received and will go a long way toward helping those in our community who are struggling this winter. Your kindness and compassion make a real difference. Thank you for being part of our mission to care for those in need.

ST VINNIES PANTRY IS FULL!

A big thank you to the families at St Luke's and St Brendan's who have stocked our pantry for the winter months. Your very generous donations will go directly into food hampers and will be distributed to families and individuals in need. Your support is greatly appreciated and will provide relief and comfort for our clients.

Grade 1-2 Local History Excursion

I would like to extend thanks to our Grade 1-2 students for their enthusiastic participation in the local history excursion to the Shepparton Heritage Museum and library.

Despite the rainy weather, our students demonstrated outstanding behaviour and represented our school with pride and respect. They showed curiosity, listened attentively, and engaged thoughtfully with all the activities and exhibits. Their positive attitude made the day memorable for all involved.

Thank you also to the staff who accompanied the students and supported them throughout the day.  Our students were wonderful ambassadors for our school, and we look forward to more enriching excursions in the future.

Diocesan and School Theme

Gallery Image

This year our school theme is: Seek Peace and Pursue it.   For leaders, educators, students, and families, this theme is both a challenge and a compass. It reminds us that peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of justice, mercy, and love. It calls us to be peacemakers in our schools, homes, communities, and hearts. And it affirms that the pursuit of peace is not optional, it is essential to the mission of Catholic leadership.

In 2026, may we not only seek peace, but pursue it with courage, humility, and hope.
