Year 1
Year 1 has been learning about the Scripture story “One Said Thank You,” which tells the story of the ten lepers and the one who returned to thank Jesus for healing him. Students have been exploring the theme of gratitude, discussing what it means in their own lives, and writing their own prayers of thanks.
Father John also visited 1G this week and will be visiting 1B next week to share his knowledge about the Scripture story and the life of St Patrick.

This year, as part of our Lenten focus on almsgiving, our school will be supporting the St Merkorious Charity 2026 Easter Appeal. Each year group has been allocated specific items to contribute. We kindly ask that all donations be brought in on Friday, 27 March. Stage 3 students may bring their items on Tuesday, 24 March, as they will be attending camp on Friday.

This Sunday’s Year 3–6 Family Mass will be on at 10am at St Martha’s Church followed by morning tea. We look forward to joining together in prayer and community.

Please join our students on Wednesday, 1 April at 2:10pm in the Church as we gather to reflect on and pray about the events of Holy Week. The Mini Vinnies group will be leading the service, guiding us through this special time of preparation and reflection.
We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with our school community.
