Welcome to Term 3, Week 2!

Welcome to Admin Corner.

I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone for your support following my last update regarding the collection of Student Visas, Immunisation Records, and Photography Consent Forms. Overall, we achieved an excellent response, which has helped us keep our student records accurate and up to date.

Below are a few important reminders and updates:

1. Student Visas

Thank you to all families who submitted updated visa documentation. We successfully collected all expired visa records. At the beginning of next week, I will be contacting families whose visas are due to expire this term to request updated documentation.

2. Immunisation Records

We currently have immunisation records on file for 89.8% of our students. A further 1.2% (11 records) have records issued by overseas authorities that are currently awaiting official processing. This leaves 9% (95 records) still outstanding. If you have not yet submitted your child's immunisation record, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible.

3. Photography Consent Forms

Photography Consent Forms were distributed in Term 2, Week 7. We are pleased to report that 98.07% of families have returned their forms, with only 1.93% (18 forms) still outstanding. Thank you to everyone who has already responded.

4. Safety During School Drop-off and Pick-up

As you would be aware, traffic safety around the school during drop-off and pick-up times is the responsibility of all adults as the safety of our students, families, staff, and the wider community is always our highest priority. We kindly ask everyone to follow road safety rules, drive and park considerately, and ensure that children's safety is never compromised for convenience. We also ask that all members of our school community show respect and courtesy to one another.

Thank you to all our parents and staff for your continued support and cooperation. I look forward to sharing more updates from Admin Corner in our next iNewsletter.

Take care and enjoy the rest of the term!

Warm regards,

Wendy
