School Play - Unspoken Steps

Students in All the World's a Stage have been working hard this term to bring a live play to the school community. It will be performed next week, and next week only. Contact the office to get your tickets and come along to support these brave students.

Unit 1 Physics

The Unit 1 Physics class are currently working through their Scientific Investigation projects. They are pictured below working with focus, cooperating with each other, and using a good scientific approach. 

Melody is testing catapults by increasing payload mass.

James is testing aerofoil (wing) lift.

Massimo is testing rocket nose-cone shape design against range of travel.

Daniel is making tiny sandpaper tyres for our dynamics carts and testing rolling resistance.

Mack is testing parachute surface area against drop velocity.

Athletics Day Photos

While the official results are being checked and verified, here is a selection of photos of our students enjoying the day. It's great to see them having fun with friends, proudly wearing house colours, and running, jumping, or throwing with all their might. The weather was perfect, the trees and mountains a perfect backdrop, with the blue sky and Autumn colours really standing out - and of course the students too.
