Grade Six

The Grade 6 students are buzzing with excitement and a touch of sadness as we enter our final week of primary school. It has truly been a wonderful term, filled with fun events, meaningful experiences and special celebrations that have made these final weeks at Oatlands Primary School incredibly memorable for everyone.

Our end of year activities have been a highlight for all students. They have enjoyed a fantastic range of experiences, including swimming, bowling, a well loved hot chip lunch, and an action packed Coach Approach day where students participated in a variety of sports all day. One of the most treasured moments was our bear making activity, where students loved creating their own bear and having it signed by their teachers and friends as a keepsake of their time at primary school. Orientation Day at their new high schools was also an exciting milestone, giving students a taste of the next chapter of their learning journey.

This week is especially exciting as we reach our final dance production, with our dress rehearsal today and the much anticipated final performance tomorrow. We then look forward to celebrating our students at Graduation on Monday night, as we reflect on their growth, achievements and wonderful memories made during their time at Oatlands. We cherish these final days together and are so proud of the amazing young people our students have become.

Thank You
