Beaumaris North Primary School Staff

My sincere thanks to every member of our school staff for their ongoing commitment to every aspect of the education of our students throughout the year.

Leadership Team 

Naomi Holt and Tania Maxwell are outstanding educators and leaders. We lead BNPS together and are united in our vision for how we will build on the already existing strengths of this fabulous school. 

Sheridan Duffy-Fain'u, Kerri McLeod, and Nicola Hajncl make up the remainder of the School Improvement Team, which is where our diverse knowledge and skills come together to create the school's Annual Implementation Plan, and we are accountable for ensuring that plan comes to fruition. It has been a professionally fulfilling collaboration with this amazing team of professionals.

Teaching Team 

There is no way to adequately express my gratitude to each person on staff for their tireless efforts to deliver their best, every day. I have joined an exemplary staff, and it is my privilege to serve as their leader.

Administrative Team

The first people you meet when you visit our school is our administrative team. 

I would like to thank Nicola Hajncl, Nicole Rainsbury,  and Kerryn Meredith who have manned our office throughout the year in a professional, efficient, and welcoming manner at all times. Your happy, cheerful manner is respected and admired by us all. 

Educational Support Team

Our Education Support Team — including our wonderful Teacher Assistants, Canteen Manager, Facilities and Maintenance Staff, OSHC team, and Uniform Shop Manager have once again gone above and beyond this year. Their dedication, positivity and hard work ensure our students and families experience the very best of our school community. I am incredibly grateful for everything they do.

Our Casual Relief Teachers (CRT’s)

I would like to thank Deb Ball, and Maridia Astarlis  & Rachel Barrett who have been our regular casual relief staff.  These ladies are multi-skilled and multi-talented, as they have been willing to teach any year level or specialist program. 

Canteen and Uniform Shop

Jenny Marashli and Annie Thomas have a long and special connection to BNPS, beginning with their own children attending our school. Even after their children moved on, they chose to remain part of our community through their roles in the canteen and uniform shop. Their knowledge, experience and genuine care continue to be invaluable, and we are extremely fortunate to have them supporting our School Council–run services.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to both Jenny and Annie for their ongoing commitment to these important areas of our school.

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

Throughout this school year, Kelly Szabo has led our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program with dedication and insight. Under Kelly’s leadership, the OSHC team not only cares for our students during before- and after-school hours, but also thoughtfully designs activities and learning experiences aligned with the Units of Inquiry being studied in their classrooms.

If your child is enrolled in our OSHC program, you can rest easy knowing they’re receiving exceptional care through an exemplary program that meets the highest standards and proficiency levels.
