Student Voice : Springvale Campus
Welcome to Week 10, Term 4! We’ve made it to the final week of an amazing year, and what a journey it has been. The Year 6’s have been busy preparing for graduation and celebrating milestones, making the most of their last days in primary school. With excitement in the air and graduation just around the corner, this week is all about reflecting, celebrating, and enjoying our time together before we step into a brand-new adventure.
Last Friday we had our Springvale Rise Cup against Heights Campus. Although there were many close matches, everyone tried their best and demonstrated great sportsmanship. But at the end of the day, there can only be one winner… Once again, Springvale Campus have defended their title as the winners of the Springvale Rise Cup!
Our Year 6 students had an exciting and eye-opening Orientation Day as they stepped into their future high schools. They spent the day exploring new classrooms, trying out different subjects, meeting teachers, and getting a feel for what high school life will be like. There were plenty of nervous smiles at the start, but by the end of the day, students were buzzing with confidence and excitement. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to ask questions, make new connections, and begin imagining themselves as high-schoolers next year.
A huge shout-out to everyone who applied for a Year 5 leadership role this year! You all put so much effort into your applications, speeches, and interviews, and it was awesome to see how confident and passionate you were. You should all be very proud of yourselves.
Another big congratulations to everyone who got over 95% attendance! That’s an amazing achievement. Your commitment to showing up every day really paid off, and we hope you enjoy your well-deserved pizza party. Keep up the great effort as we head into 2026!
As school captains, we want to say a massive thank you to our whole school community as we finish the year. We are really proud of everything our school has achieved, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our amazing teachers and principals.
Thank you also to all the students for your positivity and effort, and to all our families for always cheering us on. We hope everyone has a relaxing break, and we’re excited to see what 2026 brings!
