Highlights from Springvale Campus

It’s hard to believe we are already in the second last week of school! The term has flown by and as we move closer to the end of the year, there is a wonderful buzz of excitement across the school.

Over the past fortnight, students have continued to engage purposefully in their learning as they finish the year strong. Alongside this, they have participated in a range of reflective and hands-on activities that have encouraged them to look back on their growth, celebrate their achievements and consolidate key skills in meaningful and enjoyable ways. It has been wonderful to see the high levels of engagement, enthusiasm and pride our students are showing in their learning.

Here are just some of the achievements students proudly shared when reflecting on their year:

Ridam (FC): “Ordering two-digit numbers”

Safwan (1/2E): “Improving my handwriting”

Zakirulla (3/4E): “Learning lots of new words!”

Sophia (5/6D): “Learning how to do division.”

Learning Centres are also coming together during our last week to enjoy special end-of-year celebrations, which are all about connection, fun and finishing the year on a positive note. Whether it’s outdoor games, team challenges or special activities like cooking or craft projects, students are making memories and strengthening friendships as we wrap up the school year.

We look forward to the Year 6 Graduation and our whole school End of Year Awards Presentation & Community Gathering celebration with all of you! Please come along and enjoy the fun. It is being held on Thursday from 9:30am in the Springvale Town Hall.
