Cecil Hills High School was honoured to create and host 

‘ILLUMINATE" 

Cowpasture Primary Schools Creative Arts Showcase

 for the very first time!

This spectacular evening brought together ten local primary schools in a celebration of talent, creativity, and community.

This Showcase featured uplifting performances from student choirs, orchestras, and dance ensembles, each one lighting up the stage with energy and passion. From the opening act to the final dance move, the audience was captivated by an unforgettable display of artistic excellence.

Our School Auditorium was filled with families, friends, and staff who came together to support the performers, creating an uplifting atmosphere that truly reflected the spirit of community.  Feedback from the event has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the talent and confidence of the students as well as the opportunity for schools to connect through the arts.

Illuminate not only highlighted the creativity of our local primary schools but also provided students with the valuable experience of performing in a large-scale event.  It was a wonderful evening that celebrated both the power of the arts and the joy of coming together as a community.
