Fundraising Goal: To Upgrade the Sandpit

Fundraising Balance (to date): $14,255.05 this has a carry over figure of $9042 from 2024.

Welcome back to Term 3, we hope you all had an enjoyable break. We are currently getting quotes to upgrade the sandpit, if you know a landscaper, builder or gardener that would be able to give a quote please get in touch with Sian.

It’s a busy term with lots of exciting events planned that we hope you all will enjoy.

Term 3	Second Hand Uniform Shop	Open Friday’s	8.45am till 9.30am Donations are welcome to be left at the office. Please ensure items are washed and in good condition. Thank you. A big thank you to everyone who came to the sale on the end of last term. It has really helped us in clearing some stock and giving our shop a little bit more space!
	Jeans for Genes Day	August 7	Thank you for your support. A fabulous result - OPS contributed $553.
	Cookie Drive Fundraiser	August - Sept	OPS Annual Fundraiser - raising funds for the sandpit upgrade samples of all cookies have been sent home August 25 - you will receive a box (or more if you’d like!) to sell to your family, friends, colleagues, or you could purchase and eat them all yourselves! Sept 17 - fundraiser closed Dates may change slightly
	Disco	August 22	Theme: Y2K (the year 2000’s)* Check out Pinterest, Google, Shein for outfit ideas! There will be dancing, Karaoke (for those willing!), party food and drinks provided Juniors (Prep - 2) 4.30pm - 5.45pm Seniors (3 - 6) 6.15pm - 7.30pm Tickets $10. *theme is optional, we just want you to come along and have some fun
	Father’s Day Stall	Sept 4	The gifts have arrived and are definitely going to be enjoyed by our grown ups! All items will be priced between $1 and $5. Students will be able to purchase during the day.
	Food Day	Sept 18	Footy Theme - party pies, sausage rolls and hot dogs Don’t forget to wear your AFL or other sporting teams colours
