Swimming Reminder
Next week, Prep, Year 1, 2AA and 2CV students will participate in swimming lessons. Families are reminded to complete consent and payment through Compass before the program begins.
Parent helpers are needed to assist with supervision and changerooms. If you can help, please contact your child's classroom teacher. All volunteers must have a current Working with Children Check registered with the school and complete a Child Safe Code of Conduct form.

End-of-Year Assessment, Reporting and Parent–Teacher Interviews
As we approach the end of the school year, teachers will be busy finalising assessments and preparing Semester 2 student reports, which provide families with an overview of their child's learning, progress and achievements.
Over the coming weeks, students will complete a range of assessments, including DIBELS (literacy), PAT testing and writing samples. These results, combined with ongoing classroom observations, student responses and work samples, help teachers make informed judgements about student progress and achievement.
We remind families that this is not a time for students to feel worried or stressed. Assessments are simply another opportunity for students to demonstrate what they know and can do. At a whole-school level, the results also help us evaluate the impact of our teaching practices, celebrate growth and identify areas for continued improvement.
Semester 2 reports will be available via Compass on Friday 4 December.
Parent–Teacher Interviews will provide an opportunity to discuss student progress, celebrate achievements and look ahead to future learning. Interviews will be held on:
- Monday 7 December: 4:00–6:00 pm
Wednesday 9 December: 1:30–5:00 pm
Families will have the opportunity to meet with classroom and specialist teachers. Further information about bookings will be shared via Compass closer to the dates.

2027 Booklists and Parent Contributions
We are currently finalising arrangements for our 2027 booklists and parent contributions. These details will be presented to School Council next Monday, and we anticipate sharing information with families shortly afterwards.
