Staff & Strategy

As we come to the close of Term 3, I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the incredible work of our staff and the impact they continue to make on the lives of our students. This term has been filled with rich learning and discovery of pathways, vibrant co-curricular activities, and countless examples of our Marian spirit in action. Every success achieved by our students, whether in the classroom, on the sporting field or the stage, or through service and leadership opportunities, reflects the dedication, professionalism, and care of our staff.

The relationships built between staff and students remain at the heart of our College community. It is through these connections that our young people are encouraged to discover their strengths, grow in resilience, and aspire to live out the values of the Kildare tradition. I am deeply grateful to each staff member for the passion and energy they bring every day in supporting our students to flourish.

Thank you for participating in the Thriving School Index Survey. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue our commitment to growth and improvement. Next, we will share the key findings and outline strategies that will guide us in strengthening our practices and enhancing outcomes for all students. This collaborative effort ensures our College remains a place where both staff and students can thrive.

With the holiday break upon us, I encourage you to take time to rest, reconnect with family and friends, and recharge for the final term for the year.
