Year 6 Transition 

Transition Day #1 

On Tuesday the 26th August Year 6 students from local Primary Schools took part in their very first transition day at Narrandera High School. The day was filled with exciting opportunities to explore their future school, meet teachers and students, and experience a taste of High School life.

Students enjoyed a tour of the school before diving into a variety of engaging activities, including team-building challenges, constructing bridges out of pasta, and participating in writing and art workshops. The day wrapped up with fun and energetic sporting activities led by our Year 9 students.

It was a fantastic start to the transition journey, with plenty of learning, creativity, and teamwork on display. We can’t wait to welcome our Year 6 students back for their next transition experience in early December.
