Home Reading

Dear ANPS Community,

It has been wonderful to see so many students engaging in home reading and building positive reading habits. We love celebrating the students who are reading regularly at home and taking pride in their progress—keep up the fantastic effort!

A reminder to all families to please encourage your child to bring their satchel on their library day each week. This helps ensure they can borrow new books regularly and continue developing their love of reading at home.

Raffle tickets are coming your way each week! Every week that students complete their home reading, they will receive raffle tickets, giving them more chances to be recognised and celebrated.

Congratulations to Jeanette in 5/6B and Sunny in FA for winning this fortnight’s Reading Raffle. It has been fantastic to see Reading Night charts displayed across classrooms, tracking weekly progress and celebrating students who are consistently reading at home.
