Kmart Wishing Tree

Junior Choir Bring Christmas Cheer to Armidale!
For many years Ben Venue have supported the Salvation Army's Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal. This year was no different, with an enthusiastic group of Junior Choir students, all dressed up in their Christmas decorations for the occasion outside Kmart on Monday November 10. The group sang various Christmas songs, accompanied on keyboard by Warwick Dunham. They looked and sounded fabulous! Thank you students, you are to be congratulated on your wonderful Ben Venue behaviour, as well as cheerful singing!
Please consider supporting the Wishing Tree Appeal this year. You can either donate money in store for those in need this Christmas or:
Give a Gift in Store at Kmart Armidale.
With your gift in tow, please head to the Wishing Tree in any Kmart store and place a Wishing Tree sticker on your gift. A Salvation Army representative will then collect the gifts from Kmart stores and oversee their distribution to those in need. Gifts do not need to be purchased at Kmart, and we kindly ask that you do not wrap them. The Appeal is unable to accept used or second-hand gifts. This year, we are especially hoping for gifts that will bring joy to teenagers and help families connect and share special moments together. Some gift ideas include outdoor equipment, board games, headphones, gift cards, educational toys, backpacks, or arts and crafts.
Thank you Junior Choir, family and friends who supported the launch of this year's Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal!
Merry Christmas!
