Hi all, lots of sporting events coming up this term.

Firstly, we have the Lightning premiership for senior students in Yarrawonga on Friday 22nd August. We have an AFL 9’s team entered, which has 3 midfielders, 3 forwards and 3 defenders on at any one time. We also have two netball teams entered, a grade 5 and a grade 6 team.

Then we have swimming week at Aquamoves in Shepparton, where all students will have a swim teacher lesson with a focus on water safety. Students will have a 45min lesson each day Monday to Friday.

Lastly, the school House Athletics carnival is at the Nathalia Recreation Reserve on Friday, September 12th. We are undertaking practise and exposure to the various events during our PE lessons at school, which will hopefully assist leading into the big day.
