Dear Families,

Welcome  back to Sacred Heart for another wonderful year together. 

It has been lovely to see families new and old making connections and chatting each afternoon after school. The students seem to be settling into their new classes and the staff are working hard to establish routines, getting to know the students and encouraging them to get to know each other. All staff are ensuring that the school expectations are revised and understood by students whether they are in a classroom or in the yard.  

The expectations are so that everyone in our Sacred Heart community feels safe, happy and ready and able to learn. 

School Attendance

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) have encouraged schools to share the flyer  School is better when your child is here, in regard to the importance of regular, on time attendance at school. 

 Every day does matter for students to feel connected and for their educational outcomes.

If your child is finding it difficult to come to school, please let us know so we can help support them and you.
