ICAS Competitions 2024
We are excited to announce that the College will again be hosting the ICAS competitions in August. All six competitions are being held at the College (English, Writing, Spelling Bee, Mathematics, Science, and Digital Technologies). We encourage our Primary and Secondary students in Year 2-12 who want to be challenged to participate.
The ICAS is an international competition where students are presented questions set in modern, real-world scenarios. The students are assessed on their ability to apply classroom learning to new contexts using higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills.
After participation in the competition, parents are sent the child’s results with comprehensive information as to their performance.
Students may enter as many of the tests as they like. The following tests are available:
- Digital Technologies (Years 2-7)
- Science (Years 2-12)
- Spelling (Years 2-7)
- Writing (Years 3-12)
- English (Years 2-12)
- Mathematics (Years 2-12)

If you would like to register your child for any of the competitions, please find here the link to a registration form which includes information regarding fees:
*Interested students need to be registered by Friday, 28 June 2024.
