Women in Aviation Australia are hosting a 'Girls in Aviation Day' at Essendon Airport on Saturday, September 19, 2026. This is part of an international event sponsored by Women in Aviation International.

The myLearners Free Driving Lesson program offers a FREE 60-minute Lesson with a professional driving instructor for learners aged 16–21 who have completed 10–50 hours of driving practice. The lesson is taken alongside their supervising driver, helping both the learner and supervisor build safer, more confident driving habits together.

This program supports families by making the learning experience more positive and less stressful. It aims to reduce crash risks for young drivers, strengthen supervising skills, and encourage safer driving behaviours early on all at no cost to participants. North Melbourne AFLW All-Girls Auskick & Superkick Clinic at Arden Street Oval

AFL Victoria and North Melbourne Football Club are excited to offer an All-Girls Auskick & Superkick Program held at the home of the Kangaroos, Arden Street Oval! This unique experience gives girls the opportunity to develop their AFL skills, make new friends, and be part of the excitement of the AFLW season.

Sunday, 4 October | 11:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday, 11 October | 10:30am - 11:30am

On the last session begins two hours before the AFLW match, allowing participants to enjoy a fun clinic before watching North Melbourne AFLW in action.
