School Fees
All school fees should be finalised by the end of November 2025. If you are behind in the payment of your fees, please take steps to bring them up to date to meet your financial obligation to the school.
Reminder to parents enrolling in SCS Colleges for Year 7: Outstanding fees at your child’s primary school may impact the status of their high school enrolment. Please ensure all payments are up to date to avoid delays or complications.
Second Hand Uniform Shop
Opening hours 2.30pm until 3.15pm
Open every 2nd Thursday, check the parent calendar for dates.
If you have any clean uniforms that you would like to donate please drop them to our Office.
Note: We are not accepting any old sports uniforms.

Our OLF Open Day 2026 times are:
Wednesday, 4th March 2025 - 9:00am - 10:30am
Wednesday, 4th March 2025 - 4:00pm - 5:30pm
For new students (e.g. Kindergarten etc), please create a new student profile in Compass before applying. You must select at least two school preferences to submit. Upon submission, you'll receive a confirmation email, and your Compass account will display the status as “submitted.”

Child Safe Schools - Parent Induction
If you wish to volunteer at the school this year, you must have attended a Child Safe Schools Parent Induction that was facilitated by Mrs Louise Gordon.
When volunteering, follow these steps:
You must hold a valid Working with Children Check Number
You must register your Working with Children Check Number with Sydney Catholic Schools
You must complete a Child Safe Schools Undertaking each year (online - 'Maintaining your visitor clearance)
You must attend a site-specific induction with Mrs Gordon each year, held in Term 1
If your number expires and you wish to continue to volunteer at OLF, you are expected to notify Sydney Catholic Schools of the new expiry date when you renew your clearance - Maintaining your visitor clearance.
No toddlers or preschool children can accompany you when you are engaged in volunteering.
