Pastoral Wellbeing

Each week, during The Resiliance Project sessions with Mrs G, our students participate in a mindful movement activity designed to strengthen the connection between the mind and body. These practices help students build focus, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

 

If families would like to extend this learning at home, we encourage you to try the following simple activity together. It offers an opportunity to deepen your child’s mindfulness practice while also fostering connection with nature and family members.
