Restorative Peer Mentoring

We are delighted to congratulate the successful applicants to our Restorative Peer Mentoring (RPM) program! An RPM is a specially trained student who acts as a neutral mediator, helping peers work through social challenges and conflicts by encouraging respectful listening and problem-solving.

In 2027, our new RPMs will be working closely with the Year 7 cohort, supporting younger students to build positive relationships, assist with transition events, and navigate any difficulties that may arise. Through their training and ongoing dedication, they will play a vital role in fostering a safe, caring, and cooperative school community.
