Year 11 VET Health Services Assistance
Year 11 VET Health Services Assistance students, shown here, are developing the skills needed to perform CPR and respond effectively to emergency situations.
All ACDA VET (Acting)
Students had an excursion to the Athenaeum Theatre in the City to meet and hear from Industry Guests. Year 1 and Year 2 students were able to spend time hearing from working professionals in their Acting related professions.
Rob Mills, particularly, was a hit with the students as he is currently very active, working as an actor, dancer and singer.
VET Building & Construction
Our Year 11 VET Building & Construction students, pictured, are demonstrating skills in basic techniques in carpentry and hands-on experience in the use of tools.
Woman in Aviation and Construction
A group of students from Years 10 to 12 attended an event showcasing careers for women in Aviation and Construction. Students gained insights into the wide variety of roles within these industries and were provided with an understanding of what day-to-day work looks like through engaging, hands-on interactive activities. The event also featured an in-depth panel discussion with inspirational women who shared their career pathways and experiences working with Melbourne Airport and Seymour Whyte.
