The Weeks Ahead for Our Senior Students

As our Year 12 students enter the final stretch of their secondary education, this period marks more than the end of classes or assessments. It represents the culmination of years of growth, perseverance, and achievement; a defining chapter in their school journey.

Now Until Mid-October – Every Lesson Matters

In these final weeks, the focus remains firmly on teaching and learning. Every class is an opportunity to consolidate knowledge, refine skills, and seek feedback. Students are expected to be fully present, prepared, and engaged through to the last day of classes, demonstrating both academic commitment and personal integrity.

September Holidays – Trial Exams

All scored VCE Unit 3–4 students will sit Trial Examinations during the September holidays. Attendance is compulsory, and families are asked not to schedule travel during this time. These exams are essential preparation for final VCAA assessments and provide valuable insights to guide final revision.

Term Break – A Vital Opportunity

With final assessments approaching, students should be well into a structured revision routine—reviewing content, completing practice tasks, and seeking support. The break is a key time for focused, independent study that builds confidence and readiness.

Finishing Strong

These final weeks are not only an ending but also a beginning; an opportunity to finish with focus, resilience, and heart.

The College is immensely proud of the Class of 2025 and stands beside them as they complete this chapter and step into the future with confidence

The tour further highlighted areas requiring additional investment, reaffirming the College’s focus on continuous improvement and future-focused development.

Copperfield College extends its sincere appreciation to the Premier and the Member for Kororoit for their visit, and for recognising the vital role young people play in shaping public policy and their own futures.
