Over the holidays, let us remember that Easter is a great reminder that Christ died and rose for each of us. His death and resurrection can transform our lives as we endeavour to show love for our neighbours, respect all creation, and restore hope and mercy. 

Project Compassion

For our final week of Project Compassion  we take a look into the life of those who have been impacted by the war in the Middle East.  Since October 2023, Caritas Jerusalem staff in Gaza have endured displacement, personal loss, and danger alongside the communities they serve. Despite unimaginable challenges, they remain committed to providing lifesaving support, standing in solidarity with families enduring this conflict. 

St Mary's Caritas Fundraising: To date, we have raised $239 for Caritas' Project Compassion, a huge effort. Thank you to all families getting behind this important initiates during a difficult financial period.
