Persuasive Writing: A Peer Observation Cycle to Celebrate
As mentioned in our last newsletter, we have been running a peer observation cycle focused on persuasive writing, and we have to say — it has been wonderful.
Teachers opened their classrooms to one another, shared strategies, and reflected together on what was making the biggest difference for our students. The result of all that collaboration speaks for itself.
We have been absolutely blown away by the growth in our children's writing. Their arguments have become sharper, their persuasive techniques more deliberate, and their voice as writers so much more confident.
We couldn't be prouder of what our students have achieved this cycle, and we're excited to keep building on this momentum. A huge thank you to our teaching team for their openness and dedication throughout this process.
