Fete Committee Update – August 2026

Hello School Community!

The CPS committee has been busy behind the scenes creating a fantastic day for you all. 

Thank you to everyone who has contributed their ideas, time and support so far.

Exciting Progress

Our Silent Auction is continuing to grow, with some fantastic prizes already donated.

 A huge thank you to the families and local businesses who have generously supported us. 

If you would still like to donate an item, service or experience, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re also excited to welcome a new activity sponsor. 

Thank you to Skill Samurai, who are sponsoring the Shark Ride, and BFT, who are sponsoring the Dunk Tank. 

Their support helps us bring even more fun to the day.

Activities

Planning continues for an exciting mix of entertainment and activities throughout the day. 

Confirmed attractions include farm animals, reptiles, carnival rides, a Silent Disco, calligraphy and a fun all-day origami paper plane activity with prizes. 

There will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Food

Our food vendors continue to grow, with a fantastic range of cuisines and school-run favourites coming together. 

We’re looking forward to sharing the full food lineup very soon.

Planning Behind the Scenes

Our committee has been finalising the fete layout, activity locations and volunteer planning to help make the day run as smoothly as possible. 

The fete map is now in development and will be shared with the community closer to the event.

How You Can Help

We’re still looking for sponsors, silent auction donations and volunteers. 

If you own a business, know someone who may be interested in supporting our school, or can spare a few hours on fete day, we’d love to hear from you. 

Every contribution makes a real difference.
