2026 Oresome Minds Camp
Applications are now open for the 2026 QMEA–BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) Oresome Minds Camp, taking place in Dysart from 20th to 25th September 2026 (September School Holidays).
This camp is designed for high-achieving Year 11 and 12 students who are enrolled in QMEA partner schools and are passionate about pursuing pathways in Engineering, Science, Mathematics and broader STEM fields, particularly within the resources sector.
Throughout the week, students will:
- Be based on site - undertaking site tours
- Work on real-world problem-solving projects
- Connect with BMA professionals
- Gain first-hand insight into mining operations
No cost! What’s included:
- Flights and organised transport (excluding travel to/from local airports)
- Accommodation
- All meals
- Site-specific PPE
