The 2024 Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) has begun! Aligning with the goals of the Evans High School library, the PRC aims to instil in our kids a love of reading for leisure and pleasure. And the word ‘challenge’ is fitting because it’s hard to read extensively and beyond what we’re used to reading.

The Premier's Reading Challenge (PRC) is open to all NSW students in Kindergarten to Year 9 and 9+. Please visit the library to be made aware of all relevant booklists and how to submit your readings online.

2024 Challenge dates

Monday 26 February 2024: Challenge opens.

Friday 23 August 2024: Challenge closes for student entries

Friday 6 September 2024: Challenge closes for coordinator validations.
