Principal's News

Dear Famlies of Trinity Primary School,

Week 7 has flown by in a blur of activity, learning, and fun for our children. As we head closer to the end of term teachers are busy trying to ensure they have covered the planned curriculum. Whilst you might imagine things slowing down they are in fact speeding up each day to try and fit in all that must be covered.

This week we celebated our Learning Support Officers as part of 'Teacher Aide appreciation week. As I am sure you all know, we are extremely lucky to have such an awesome team of dedicated LSOs who work tirelessly with our teachers to improve the learning outcomes for so many of our children. We began the week at our morning gathering on Monday by sharing a poem which describes a little bit about each one of our LSOs. Ms Helen has included the poem on this week's Learning & Teaching Page.

Father's Day

The official day is this Sunday 7th September so I hope that all of our Father's and those special Father figures in our children's lives have the opportunity to celebrate this day with their families.  Tomorrow from 8am, coffee and tea will be available with some delicious breakfast treats in the library to say thanks to our fathers and special people who play such an important part in children's lives. I hope as many of you as possible can join us and as we have now begun the Footy Finals you can choose to wear a touch of AFL to add to the colour.

Performing Arts News

Ms Stanton, our amazing Performing Arts teacher, has been working hard with your children throughout the term.  To celebrate the work they have done she is proud to present a 'Casual Reader's Theatre experience'. See the flyer below and come along to one or many of the performances.

Don't miss out on this fun presentation. Lock the date in. See you there.

Art Show

The countdown is on to Tuesday 16th September and we look forward to sharing the amazing work being created by our children.  Our official opening will begin at 3:30pm with a prayer and being from fr Trung.

JuiJitsu Holiday Program

Hi All, here is another great opportunity for Kids these coming holidays.  A good way also to see how great it might be to take up JIUJITSU as a sport.   Run by one of our parents Alys.
