Book Week Parade

Book Week at Lalor East PS

A parade of colourful characters including Disney Princesses, Things 1 & 2 and even Sponge Bob Square Pants were present in the MPC last Thursday morning. We were celebrating Book Week with our annual Book Character Parade. 

It was wonderful to see so many students and staff come in costume on the day and that many families also made time to come and watch the parade of characters. Many thanks to the parents and carers who organised costumes for the students and made this such a special event for them. When you open a book you really do jump into an adventure. Some of us are already thinking about next year's costumes.
