Reminder about Parents Reviewing and Accepting the ICT Acceptable Use Agreement

Thank you to all the parents of Year 3-6 that have completed the connect field to accept the ICT Acceptable Use Agreement. For parents who have not yet completed the task I urge you to review and complete the task.

Mid last year, all Year 3–6 students at St Mary’s College received a dedicated Chromebook to support and enhance their individual learning. Providing each child with their own device allows for more engaging, personalised learning opportunities throughout this important stage of their educational journey.

These devices are managed by the ICT team and always remain securely in the classroom.

As part of the College’s device management process, parents of year 3,4,5 & 6 students have received an acknowledgement request outlining key information about device use and procedures for managing any damage. Please check your PAM account and ensure the agreement is read and accepted.

In PAM you will see from the bell an action that shows an incomplete Connect Field

Select the item and you will get the following window:

The list field has the option to Accept or Decline.

Student will also, in the coming week during class, be required to complete an accept option. This will be completed for Primary students through the school Google Workspace Forms.
