SRC Report

It has been an incredibly productive and exciting term for our Student Representative Council. The energy and dedication these students have brought to their roles have been fantastic to witness, and they should be very proud of everything they’ve achieved so far.

A Term of Action

Our SRC members have had hit after hit this term. From flipping pancakes to crafting thoughtful thank you cards for our school volunteers, they’ve shown a real commitment to our community. They also brought plenty of excitement to Harmony Day by organising both a treasure hunt and a disco. Thanks must be given to Woolworths for providing us with all the treasure hunt prizes.

For the past fortnight, the team has shifted gears to focus on our biggest fundraiser yet: the Easter Raffle. Their enthusiasm for selling tickets has been second to none! Again, we could not run a success raffle without all the kind, generous donations made by our families. We truly appreciate your support during such challenging times.

Rising Stars

We’ve seen some wonderful innovation this year, with the SRC branching out into digital media. The students have been busy creating engaging videos for our social media channels to build a "buzz" around school events. Based on their screen presence, we might just have some future Hollywood stars in our midst!

Taking the Lead: Easter Hat Parade

In a great display of leadership, the SRC is taking full responsibility for running this year’s Easter Hat Parade. Charlie and Tilly will be our hosts for the event, with the rest of the SRC working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Looking Ahead

Once the raffle is finalised, we look forward to announcing the total funds raised this term. The students are already bursting with ideas for the remainder of the year, proving they are well and truly putting the "fun" into fundraising!
