Vocal Soiree
Last Friday, we were treated to some fantastic performances at our Term 1 Vocal Soiree. Fifteen students, spanning from Year 2 to Year 12, showcased a diverse array of vocal selections, covering a wide range of musical styles and genres.
Congratulations to all of the singers who participated, and a huge thank you to our amazing vocal teachers and accompanists.
Jazz Cabaret Evening - 27 March
The final countdown is on for our Jazz Cabaret evening on Thursday, 27 March, set to take place before a sell-out audience at the Glen Eira Town Hall.
All our senior ensembles and soloists are looking forward to welcoming members of the Kilvington community for a great night of musical entertainment.
Don’t forget to bring a plate of food and drink and enjoy a fun and relaxed night. There will be various raffles throughout the evening, including a Yamaha keyboard from Pats Music, Ozwind vouchers, food and wine hampers and tickets to the Bird Basement.
If parents are available to help on the night, and/or can donate prizes/vouchers for the raffles, please contact Music Reception at music.admin@kilvington.vic.edu.au.
Your assistance would be most appreciated.
2025 Senior School Production – Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Kilvington students are hard at work preparing for the Senior School Production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, set to be staged in Term 2 from 22 to 24 May.
Here’s a sneak peek into the excitement from three of our leads: Elijah Slavinskis, Oliver Sey and Sinclair McClimont.
This production has been so fun this first term. Being able to work with the other leads has been a blast, and learning all the dancing and singing with the chorus has been amazing. I can't wait to see how it all turns out! – Oliver Sey, Year 8
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has many surprises in store for you and it is already on a roll. The only thing left is your pure imagination. – Sinclair McClimont, Year 10
As this is my last school production, it’s a very special experience for me. It has been awesome to see everyone get super enthusiastic and excited about Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It has particularly been great to see so many younger students involved in this fabulous experience at Kilvington. – Elijah Slavinskis, Year 12
Hope to see you all there!
